Privacy policy

Placeholder notice for how we handle your mobile number, pin code and order history.

What we collect

Mobile number and OTP session for sign-in.
Name, address lines and pin code for delivery.
Order contents, amounts and GST invoice data.
Approximate location if you tap “use current location”.

Why we collect it

To assign a branch, cook the ticket, take payment, issue a GST invoice and show live status. We do not sell guest lists.

Who we share with

Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), SMS/OTP providers, and — when live — WhatsApp Business / Meta for chat support. Branch staff see only the tickets for their kitchen.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as required for GST and consumer law. You can ask us to close an account; some billing records must remain.
