1. The kitchen

D Bowl (“we”) operates neighbourhood restaurants and takes orders on this website and, later, on official apps. Placing an order is an offer to buy food from the branch we assign to your pin code.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a valid Indian mobile number for OTP sign-in and a deliverable address or takeaway preference. We may refuse an order that we cannot cook or reach.

3. Prices and GST

Menu prices are in Indian rupees. GST, delivery fee and any offer discount appear on the checkout quote before you pay. The paid total is final unless we cancel for a kitchen fault.

4. Payment

Checkout uses Razorpay or an equivalent gateway. We do not store full card details on D Bowl servers. Failed payments do not create a kitchen ticket.

5. Kitchen tickets

After payment, a ticket is sent to the branch KDS. Times shown (“25 min”) are estimates, not a guarantee. Weather, traffic and rush can move them.

6. Use of the site

Do not scrape the menu, abuse OTP, or place orders you do not intend to collect. We may suspend accounts that harm a kitchen or other guests.
