Order on WhatsApp.Support desk, next.
We’re wiring D Bowl to the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform so you can chat the kitchen, drop a pin and pay without leaving WhatsApp. The button is live; the Cloud API handshake ships in a later milestone.
- Official WhatsApp thread — not a random number.
- Menu, offers and order status in the same chat.
- GST invoice still lands on every paid check.

When this goes live, tapping Order on WhatsApp will open a verified D Bowl business chat (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API) — not a personal phone.
Until then, keep using the site, the cart, and the green concierge chat on every page.
Placeholders only. Phone number, WABA id and template messages will be connected here without changing this layout.
